We purchased our lake front home with RaDell’s expertise in the fall of 2022. 
She was very knowledgeable about waterfront acreages. She was also looking out for our best interest as buyers. We did have an issue after the home inspection, RaDell went above and beyond in our opinion of what a normal Realtor would do to rectify the issue. Her actions were definitely what closed the deal.
